The Government of Belize acting through the Ministry of Public Service and Disaster Risk Management (the “Borrower”) has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) (the “Bank”) toward the cost of the Support for SOFF in Belize Project. The Ministry of Public Service and Disaster Risk Management though the National Meteorological Service of Belize (NMS), an executing agency of the Borrower, intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this Technical Cooperation (TC) to perform the consulting services (hereinafter called “Services”): Web Application Developer (2). More details on the Services are provided in the Terms of Reference.
1. An individual consultant will be selected under procedures, in accordance with the Policy for the Selection and Contracting of Consulting Services financed by the IDB (GN-2350-15) which can be found at the following website: https://www.iadb.org/en/how-we-can-work-together/procurement/procurement-projects/procurement-framework
2. Interested eligible consultants may obtain a complete set of documents and further information at the email address given below from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM – Monday through Friday.
3. Your Expression of Interest (EOI) accompanied by your curriculum vitae should be submitted in English before or by November 06, 2026, at 2:00 PM, in writing to the address given below. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Applications will be accepted either via email (as one PDF file) sent to projectmanager.soff@nms.gov.bz , or as two (2) hard copies delivered to the address below, clearly indicating “Web Application Developer Post (2)” - Support for SOFF Project in Belize - Applicant’s Name on the envelope or in the subject line of the email.
